I am so sick and tired of hearing all kinds of possible solutions to my "hotmail" problem. For over a month now, I have been unable to access emails, mail out or access saved emails that have incredibly important (more sentimental) documents in it. I am sick of not getting answers and am still looking for the right one. It is impossible to reach ANYONE who can tell me where to start resolving the issue. Once and for all, can someone, ANYONE help me out. I truly need and often use this account, if for nothing else at this point but to change everything over to another email service! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
