HostGator/sham passwords
No access/no help

I transfered from Brainhost to HostGator on Thursday PM.HostGator gave all the necessary information-passwords and usernames for both billing and Cpanel-by e-mail.I waited the customary 48 hrs. before using them.The billing password works fine, but I couldn't access Cpanel at all.I got a pop-up that said"invalid entry".I waited another day thinking I was too early, but got a pop-up that said "not registered in their system."

I e-mailed HostGator, told them the problem, and they told me to go through the site and fill out a ticket.Ha, HA.

To go through to make out a ticket you have to have a password, which I din't have.

I had the same trouble with Brainhost, that's why I left them.I could access my site, but couldn't do anything to it.What good is that?

I was wondering, are all Hosting co. like this? What good are they? Something HAS to be done about this problem.

I am losing money.I can't pay my bills.I can't pay my rent.I have affiliate contacts all over and can't do a thing.
