Wells Fargo did send a letter saying that they were selling off the loans to SST Financial, no question there. However, the tactics being used by this SST company are way out of line. I had to make arrangements at the end of May due to being away for a bereavement, so I had to catch up on the May/June payments. Both have been made, in installments (and yes electronic and/or ATM transactions may take a couple days) but nonetheless paid. Yet these people call non-stop, even if the payments have been made. I spoke to someone at the end of May regarding the situation and explained it, yet after doing so, & within the span of the same day, they called three times!! Same for the end of June-I called & spoke to someone reiterating the reasoning, yet the same day, not even two hours later, they called again!! They also did early the following week asking the same questions!! The bulk of the people working there cannot speak English, and have no comprehension skills of any sort. They do nothing but harass, regardless of any circumstances people face. People do go through hard times or untimely situations, but this company is in the business of harassment yet don't have a clue about what the definition of that is. People will do their best to pay down their loans/debt, yet this company doesn't get it. Time for everyone affected by these imbeciles to take some sort of collective action, find out what underlies their operation, and tell them to BACK OFF!!
