I will give them this: I got 19 DVD's but 2 of them could not be played, there were 3 copies of disc #7, 2 copies of disc #14 and 2 copies of #16!!! How's that for "customer satisfaction" for ya?! :-( I called the phone number (1-800-787-1219) & no one would answer. I've also sent them an e-mail & am waiting for a reply. I have a feeling after reading so many complaints on here that I will dry up & blow away before I receive anything back from them. :-(
I will call a local TV station here and see if I can get "7 on my side". (They advertise getting action for these kinds of things)
