Overcharge Billing

I got over-charged $300.00 and made a complaint. It got straightened out and a credit applied to my account BUT they cancelled by service without any requests made by me. I paid the 'new' bill of $96.00 minus the $6.00. Service has not returned. Rep's told me I must call debt dept.
