I knew it sounded too good to be true, and was probably a scam, but I figured I'd give them a call today and find out who they were. I expected them to answer as Bradik. No the message machine said "Etel Canada". I left my name & phone number and a few hours later they called me back.
She said "This is ETEL Response. Hotel Reservations. Hours are 5.30 to 10.30 pm Mondays to Fridays. What time do you want to come for an interview." I picked a time for tomorrow. She gave the address - 615 Yonge Street, Bring your resume, and dont be late.
I checked the name "ETEL Response" online. The only thing I can find is about some call center operation in Romania. There is literally nothing else. Then I checked out the address. Boy did I get a few hits - especially from consumer complaints. 615 Yonge Street 6th floor, is the same place as Ramada Plaza Hotel scams, Bradik and Artel.
After I read a few detailed reports by ex-employees, I dont think I will waste my money by attending the interview. I got another call from ETEL Response this evening reminding me about my 3pm appointment tomorrow and to not be late. They must really be desperate for gullible employees.
Thanks complaint. Now its my turn to help others. BRADIK (Artel) seem to have CHANGED their name again.
