I booked with itravel2000 for the first time and will never do it again. I booked a trip to Las Vegas with 3 other woman. I called a travel agent to book our flight. We told him we wanted a 3 day trip with a reliable airline. When we got to the airport we found out our flight was delayed 7 hours. We also had to pay for our luggage which we were unaware of. We bought tickets that night to see a show so we missed it. We didn't end up getting to our hotel in Vegas until 4:00 am which is 7:00 am our time, so our 3 day trip that we paid for turned to a 2. When we called itravel they were very rude and said it is not their problem. I even asked to speak to a manager and they said there manager was not there. It was a horrible experience and I hope no one makes the mistake we did by choosing itravel2000.
