Hotwire = Horrible customer service. We made a booking based on the 3 star rating and this hotel was below a 2 star. Had problems checking in, rooms were dirty, urine on the toilet seat and floor, toilet paper all over the floor. Hotwire refused to do anything as they said that we completed our stay. Horrible company and customer service!! Do not book with them, if you have any problems with your booking/hotel, they will not do anything for you, they will leave you stranded at your destination! The undercover rates are the worst option to go with. You can end up with a hotel that is terrible and unhygenic, staff that does not care at all and there is nothing you can do.
