November of 2011 I got involved with TV Travel, with a contract, and I had 6 months to try the business and if it did not work I would get all my money back, guess what, in May was the 6 months so before that being March I called and send e-mail asking them to cancel my contract and refund all my money, they told me that i had to call back in May before the 14th of May, so I did and they sais ok that they would send the refund, well I am still waitting for it, I have called many time and the telephone is diconnected for a while they say, mean while i am out 199.00 plus they ask me to go to the deluxe program so I did, so I paid again 499.00, .so as you can see I am out 698.00 dollars, for me it is very hard and painful because I only make 800.00 dollars a month, I am retired and that is my pension, so I had to go in my savings because they ttold me I would make that money and much more back in one month.
I did not make one penny I lost every savings I had, so can you help me with this please.
