I personally called Universal Studios in Florida to warn them about them Universal explorations from Nashville, Tn)... We lost $500 for a package including 4 tickets to theme parks, 2-3 nights in Orlando and Daytona. Tried to call 800-535-7375 to no avail. Custumer care service 877-371-4162 is wrong as well. Lets hope a follow up will be done from USA to put a stop to the scam.
