I RECIEVED A TELEMARKITING CALL FROM UNION TELECOME (even though i have registered not to be called by telemarketers)

on dec 31st, 2008.

i was told there was a special offer on the last day of the year, i will be getting 100 minutes free for three months.and if i did not like the service i van cancel any time and i will get my money back (39.50) canadian.

how ever after i read there terms and condition, 9.50 late fee, 3 minutes billing, and no refund.i call them to cancell and i was told i will not get a refund and tey can send me a calling card istead.

i have allready filed a dispute through my credit card company, and also going to file a complaint to BBB.

AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CAN NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.OR ANY LANGUAGE WHEN YOU WANA CANCEL
