I just noticed my Fido bill and found a third party charge for $10 for the past two months. I called Fido but they told me that it was charged by a company called Two Way traffic and they couldn't get money for me and I should call Two way Traffic myself. I called them but no way to get money back. Two Way Traffic is supposed to be a cheating company that getting people's cellphone number from website and send you message charging $5/message. At same time, Fido why allowed this kind of company charged the customer through them. Absolutely Fido has the responsibility to get money back for the customer, because the customer paid through Fido.
