New $2.00 Dollar fee for paper bill

Bell has sent notice that starting next month there will be a $2.00 Dollar service charge for sending a paper bill each month. Only e-billing will be free. What about the over 50% that have no Internet connection?

For over 50 years I have been a Bell customer and did not have to pay extra to have my telephone bill delivered, what gives?
