I cancelled my cell phone plan with. I called them first to inquiry what the fee would be I was informed it would be about $100 but when I received my bill it was $620.61. I have since been trying to speak to a manager but with no success. I am frustrated and very confused with this bill. I do not want to pay this but also do not want to have a bad credit rating because of it...what should I do?
On November 22 my mom sent Kerry Arbour (vice president of credit and collections) an e-mail asking for her help in the matter. We are now waiting for a response from her. Frustrated Melanie
