Htc one s mobile with fido
I buy a HTC one s mobile from fido. That time I ask for one special symbol on keyboard but sale representative said me that now we hav to close shop so you can check it at home and if u had any problem then you come back to me. I didn't find that symbol on that phone . When next day I go to the dodo office they said me we not do anything now it's your phone and you have to talk with HTC to solve this problem. Then I call HTC customer service but they said we don't have that symbol in this model of phone. Major problem for me that I have that symbol in my all passwords. The time of sale the sale representative give me wrong commitment and now no one help me for my problem. Where I go for the solution of my problem.
