No money on cards

Hi I always buy this card and had very good result but recently 7-10 cards i opened and after few minutes get the msg this is expired i tried so many time i always buy in bulk now i still have 6cards on me i tried calling the customer service number it says NOT in service i want it to be resolve as soon as possible and i want all those lost cards back i saved them so plz some body call me back thnx
