I had bought a bike from your company 5 mo. ago.
The shocks came right apart from the bike itself from just
regular street riding. I fell hard to the ground. I took the bike back
to Preston Crossing branch and talked to the manager [Adam]about the situation and he had told me "there was nothing that he could do sorry". I use this bike to get to and from work. I have no other mode of transportation. I am quite disappointed with that type of customer service. Me and my family spend thousands
of dollars a year at your company. After this, me nor my family will spend any money at your stores again.
