Discovered today that a year after I had signed off my 2 year contract, they continued to collect membership fees because my daughter (who was under 18 when we signed up) had not signed off herself, even though she had gone into the gym to tell them she was even leaving the country.) They told her that because the 2 year contract was expiring anyway that there wasn't a problem. Phoned head office to complain and the guy says that there is no signed paperwork for her so no refund! $500 n no refund?!!! What 's going on here! HELP PLEASE!! This is theft!!
