Premier Fitness Clubs Canada

I cancelled my membership in April 2012 when I lost my job via email received an email confirming it was cancelled. I was too busy with my wedding to follow-up so I left it as is. Today I go into my bank account and realize that they'rve been charging me and my husband the whole time. I go online for the phone number to call them but all their phones and emails have been disconnected. I went to three locations close to me and they're closed down as well!!! I never received anything in the mail email or call saying they're closing down. This is ridiculous! and they've been charging me my membership fees after the company closed down. I looked into it and found news paper articles about their scams.; billing people after being closed down, sending people refund cheques that bounce, etc... I will be going to my bank and registering an investigation on them. Besides that I want my money back including the NSF fess!!! I have no idea where to go and what to do. HELP!!!
