I'm trying to cancel my gym membership because a family member of mine dies and I have to take a flight overseas for the remainder of my contract. THEY WON'T CANCEL IT! The General manager at this location does not even seem to care! They have absolutely no sense of apathy and only care about your money! Well done Extreme! Maybe you should try hiring more genuine individuals and you will win over customers. Scam. So sad a business like this exists...
