I signed up for a 4 week bootcamp. There were so many shady things about this bootcamp it's ridiculous!
First of all on the website it says there is a "team" of trainers... but it's actually just one dude named chad walls who obviously has no clue about how to train people. There were other girls in my class who felt the same way, they all basically said that they could do what he was "teaching" at home! He didn't push people at all, he just bad mouthed other bootcamps. He is totally unprofessional and more importantly, does not have a clue about exercise. My advice to anyone who looks at the website "thetraingeffect.ca" and is thinking about joining to NOT join, save your money because this is not a bootcamp... just a guy trying to make a quick buck!!
