I lost 18$ and a lot of tears since the employee refused to read an instruction paper for a pair of photos. On top of that, she was extremely abusive. I need to see a psychologist now. I wish I had never set foot there. The customer service said that they are not part of Walmart. No idea why their name is "Photo Studio at Walmart" and they have WALMART all over their "envelope" and stamp. I don't shop at Walmart and it was my friend who took me there after he cancelled the plan of taking my picture. I should have went to Shoppers Drugmart instead- 9$. Has anyone else experience an abusive treatment at Walmart? Especially at one of these photo studios? Thank you!
