Purchased 2 groupons. Have to call a recording and leave your information and wait for a call at their leisure. If you get a return call at all. I was able to book an appointment for myself, but my mother-in-law could not get them to return calls. Even if I called on her behalf. So I booked her appointment when they came to my house.
Mother-in-law is 70. she moved all her furniture and got ready for their arrival. They didn't show up. I got through via email, and "at funeral, sorry" was the response I got. When I wanted to complain, "go to groupon and get a refund"
The work was sub standard (all marks came back on the rugs within days), the customer service was unacceptable. I suggest never contacting these people. They don't appear to have any sort of governing body for the franchise owners either.
