Today was my 12 year anniversary with my fiance and i so early this morning i ordered some roses to send to her work.
It's now 3:19pm and the day is almost over which sucks!
What's the sense when she's getting them closer to the end of the day than having them with her through this day.
When i called to track where the flowers were located, they couldn't track them for me because it was free delivery so it wasnt even an option.
I wish these people who post specials with "Free Delivery " would also specify when your placing the order that, if you would like flowers delivered quicker than the stated 12 - 5pm time, you can have that for the extra charge, which i would have gladly paid to have the flowers sent to her today on our anniversary.
Customer service reps don't go out of their way to make the customer happy,
i would have dispatched the driver and found out for the client who just spent money with our business, it's only good customer service reps that do that!
At Blooms'N Roses Flowers and gifts you wont find that here!!
So if you wanna get something special for someone on your special day, go somewhere else and order them, you been warned!!!
