Worst Florist in Toronto
After receiving the flowers, i noticed that they were completely the wrong ones! I had ordered a fall arrangement with roses and lilies and a "better" cost. What i had received was nothing like the photograph. The lilies were all closed up and the arrangement looked terrible, with a mixture of colors that i didn't even order. (Red, White, Orange) I even ordered the "better" version of the bouquet and it was a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother upgrading your bouquet. When I saw this I immediately sent them an email with a picture of my bouquet explaining how unhappy i was with the arrangement. I didn't get a email back or a phone call. So i took the liberty to phone them myself and what I heard was shocking especially because i am a customer. The lady on the phone basically told me that it wasn't her fault and that the colors i wanted had run out, so they made substitutions. Even though substitutions are understandable it clearly states on their website that the colors shown in the online catalog should be used, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal value. So basically, in plain terms she told me that their website was falsely advertising, because they had an entire section dedicated to "autumn" flowers which they did not have. They also failed to notify me that they were going to replace the colors with different ones and they couldn't even exchange the flowers because they didn't have anything available in equal value. After sending her another email with a picture of the bouquet, she called me back and said that she would exchange them with flowers that had a lesser value but the same colors. I said to forget it. Terrible service. I will never use their company again.
