Mathews Michael (Brad Geddes, Sophia Stone) hires contractors and staff and compensates them based on when they are paid. However, I have yet to receive my payment as I chose to leave them before my contract (two week notice as determined by client). They claim they lost revenue and marketing costs as I left before the end of the contract. They signed a six month contract with me, however the client had my profile expiring in 60 days on their system. Lack of any pay, contract discrepencies, being asked to often lie about how big the firm really is, services offered, using client meeting rooms for their own purposes, asking for meeting mins so they can do marketing to others... not professional.
Nonetheless, I did the work for 6 weeks at their client site, submitted timesheet weekly. Never a compliant. Until I resigned.
I still await my payment. I will remove this review/compliant upon receipt of payment (in excess of $20K). If you are seeing this review, the payment is still outstanding.
Save yourself the headaches and use an agency that will pay you bi-weekly. Hopefully you dont have to have a similar experience as myself.
