LEE NELSON - GOOD OL'BOYS MOVING AND STORAGE CANADA LIMITED MASSIVE SCAM ARTISTS, BIG OPERATION AMOUNG MANY LED BY LEE NELSON, STOLE MY BELONGINGS RIPOFF GALT

Good Ol' Boys arranged by internet to pick up our stuff. No in person visit or meeting ever. A deposit was sent in the amount of $332.45 and on June 5th they end ALLIANCE VAN LINES to pick up of stuff for delivery on June 12th, 2006.

No delivery on June 12th and so we called Lee Nelson of Good Ol'Boys. They claimed that they did not promise that date and my husband firmly stated they did and he should speak with me his wife as I spoke with them to make the arrangements.

Lee was yelling and I could not get in my constant "hello" s he contiued to talk over me. I hung up. He called back yelling at the top of his voice. My husband yelled back and hung up the phone. The conclusion was that the date they promised meant nothing. We waited with numerous calls reaching no one. O

On June 17th, an e.mail from Lee Nelson stated that we should talk to SenSingh At Alliance Van Lines as there was a problem with our furiture. Numerous panic calls to Sean resulted in no person answering the calls only a machine and many messages left. Back to Lee Nelson. He, usually calm in such a situation, merely said that the truck had an accident and we would have to talk to Sean at Alliance. He gve us numbers and e.mail address for Sean.

Constant calling we finally got Sean. He said there was an accident. He said he could tell us right now that the leather couch was completely gone as the truck landed on the spot where it was packed and it was mangled. he would try to send the other stuff on another truck.

I wondered how come something like this was treated so lightly and he stated that it was the busiest time of the year and we had to understand. We waited and waited. He finally said the was putting the furniture in care of Elaine at River city Movers in calgary. He gave her number.

In the meantime we asked for a police report of the accident or some details. He said he would fax it. NOTHING EVER!

We waited for our furniture. Nothing. Never able to reach Sean and he would never call back when messages were left.

We went back to Lee Nelson. He stated that we yelled at him so he would give us half of our deposit. He did. As it got stickier, he said he would give all of the deposit back and I agreed that he should do this. He then passed us off to Sean as he now wanted to be out of the picture, once he refunded the deposit.

Now the end of July, still no furniture. First contact was May 9th, 2006 with Good Ol'Boys. The police was called and many many other offices. Good Ol' Boys practically laughed at us. Sean could not be reached ad Lee Nelso said that he had gone on vacation due to a near nervous breakdown.

Finlly after calling River city Movers and being lied to over and over, Paul Legge insisted that we pay the full cost of delivery or he would not bring our stuff. We told him not to bring it. We called Sean and he said he would reduce the full cost of $2, 445.00 by $500 for the missing stuff. Paul Legge His fake name through drunk Elaine at River city Movers, showed up finally on July 24th, with about 5% of our original shipment. First we handed over money orders totalling $1, 945 and then saw the small amount of stuff. The RCMP was called. They showed up and said get a lawyer that they could not help. While they were talking to us, Paul and his worker unloaded the boxes in front of the apartment building and took off. The police left to look for them but never returned.

We got a lawyer to submit a claim for $30, 000 but this was a great big joke. Lee Nelson is now saing that we signed the insurance waiver, WE EVER MET WITH HIM OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF HIS IN REGARDS TO ANY OF THIS. HE IS TELLING DOWNRIGHT LIES.

We understand that .60 cents per pound is owing if there really was an accident and we should have never paid almost $2, 000 for a few broken items that went to the garbage.

Can they really do this? No one cares? They are accountable to no one in Canada?

The Federation official said the sooner that you put this behind you the better as they are professionals at screwing people. WOW!!!

This is a huge scam going on and they are getting away with it.

Where is my computer, my stereo, my new leather couch, my stainless steel barbecue that cost me $800.00, mall my 32 inch Sony T.V.??? All of my other furniture and belongings? Every item I owned was on that truck. How could they sleep at night? WELL WE SURELY DON'T SLEEP.

WE INTEND TO FOLLOW THIS THROUGH UNTIL WE CAN SLEEP!!
