Two Small Men with Big Hearts were a day late in arriving, which was a major problem because we had the elevator booked to move out. This is an incredibly hard thing to acquire. So they tell us they will come the next day, and were horribly late again.
Two Small Men with Big Hearts packed and moved our stuff, with an amount given that we'd have to pay, based on the stuff they took. We got ourselves to the new city, and our stuff never arrived. MANY phone calls later, they arrived *over* a *week* late. They told us that because of that and other reasons they would give us a discount. The truck arrived, and we had to pay the FULL amount or we could not retrieve our stuff. So we do, and after months of phone calls no one would give us the discount.
Also, when Two Small Men with Big Hearts delivered our stuff, there was a ton of broken and damaged items, including our hide-a-bed couch. There were also "missing" boxes, some of which were never returned and "lost forever". Most likely because no one could be bothered to look (they do that, take it to a warehouse and you will NEVER see it again.)
When you phone Two Small Men with Big Hearts they will give you the major run around. You will NEVER get a phone call back and you will never get ahold of the right guy to talk to. They are rude, and even hang up on you. The people at this company are demeaning and the unprofessional "business" out there. The people on the phone are very nice, until they get your deposit and then they are the most disrespectful, awful people out there.
Two Small Men with Big Hearts is a major scam and should not be in business. There are hundreds of stories online if you search around about the travesty of a company they are. They do this over and over again, breaking, losing, stealing and lying. I have no clue how these guys are allowed to operate. It is a crime in our country these guys are allowed to operate, and I warn everyone reading this not to use this company to move your stuff. They are the cheapest, and that's for a good reason - they'll rip you off and up the price or not give you your household back.
Major blackmail. Two Small Men with Big Hearts seem like criminals (and were in our case).
