Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I placed an order with these people in November, 2002 and sent them my cheque for $61.32Cdn. They cashed the cheque but have failed to fill my order. They've sent me a catalogue - they apparently think I'll continue sending them money for other items!! I'm unable to contact them by phone - its constantly busy, and they have not responded to the letter I faxed to them on January 3rd. I ordered from them once before some years ago, and had no difficulties with them then. Things have apparently changed - money goes into their coffers, but nothing comes out.

Shame on them!!
