I was helping someone to move on March 13, 2010 and these guys were hired for the labor, They charged $80/hour plus half of hour for the trip for 2 person without the truck, they do not bring any dolly with them so if you hire them for 3 hours, they will not finish for at least 6, which is a rip off already, they arrived half hour late and in the end they still charged for the 30 min that they did not work, during the moving the manager constantly calls one of the guys and he leaves the building in order to talk to him, and yet they are still charging you, I warned them several times because, One time, 1 of the guys got disappear for 30 min and he tells me his manager is wants to talk to him over the phone, they play hide and seek and when you leave them with the elevator they immediately go up with the empty elevator and just wait there until you go up and get them with the other elevator. In the end they were not doing any work in order to work for another hour and they been there already 3.5 hours, I told the guys specifically to move the boxes and leave the other stuff, and the totally disobey you, one of the guys got a call again and started talking to his manager for another 30 minutes, so I tell him to stop then he tells me, I can talk to his manager. They make the client to sign a contract and they do nothing.

I tell him we hired you to do move stuff, not to talk on the phone.

I tell the manager to stop and I tell the guy, I need you to move the boxes, the guy goes to hallway screaming on the phone, I cannot work under the stress, this guy is stressing me,
My friend was panicking and she was afraid of these people, I tell them ok just move the stuff, they guys is yelling in the hallways, I am not going there, I cannot work under the stress
He kept yelling and not doing work for another 20 minutes, until the Nabors got pissed called the POLICE.? &&&&--
These guys dont do any work especially if the client is a woman they take full advantage!!! my friend got panic and she said it ok she will pay them, all people who dont leave bad reviews are afraid that these people know their news address. I would never pay them.
These guys are very shady and the guy who was yelling was an African black guy with accent and he had a retard voice, they will try to play the race card on you, watch out (Only 1 guy started working at the end because he realized they have gone too far), his manager is fraud, the staffs are fraud.
Dont do business with theses, there are so many better ones, good movers in https://ottawa.kijiji.ca, just search for movers, movers are cheap and they will bring their own dolly and you can rent the truck from u-haul for very cheap. I have done this before and it cost me $50 per day to rent truck from u-haul including the gas money and the insurance, and I hire 2 labour and I finished in 2 hours and they charged $30/ hour.
