The sales staff were B***hes, especially Michelle.. They were intrusive, and made derogatory comments about our selections when not asked. The bridesmaid dresses were all cheep looking but very expensive. Can do better just shopping at a department store. They tried to charge us a rush charge which we later found out from another sales associate was not applicable because we had ample time to receive the garments. If it were my choice, I (and the rest of the wedding party) would have shopped somewhere else. It was a shockingly crappy experience. We ordered our brides maid dress in february for a June wedding, they promised us that the dresses would be ready 4-5 weeks before the wedding which would give us ample time to alter them if need be... Well, the dresses didnt arrive until 2 weeks before the wedding and one of them was defected, Michelle wanted us to return the dress to the manufacturer, given the time frame (we would not have received them in time for the wedding) but she kept pushing for us to return the defected dress. I got the feeling she was trying to jeapordize our wedding..
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD... IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT GO THERE, they will cheat you of your money and the quality of the dresses is worse than something you can get at walmart... The girls who work there have horrible customer service skills and probably dont even have a high school diploma, they are rude in person and on the phone.. They treat people like shit. We have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. They also make sure that the dress comes back too long so that they can get the alteration business... I would never use this company ever again and will never recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
