I went on this web site, scanned pictures of baskets, and selected the one I wanted. Called the toll-free number and they immediately walk you through an order. I had to stop them to inquire about the basket contents. Delivery (which was to be free and was NOT). Basket arrived the following day to recipient - it contained 1 bottle of Spumonti Bambino - which is the lowest grade of "almost wine" available! Basket cost $90 - which I had no probelm with IF there had been even one decent bottle of wine. I called to complain and was hung up on. Spouse called to complain to manager - who also hung up.
Next move is to call my credit card and try to cancel the charges.
