Consumer's Reward Program -Sara Dose (VP) - Kingsway Financials Claimed that I won 39 grand and even sent me the check to pay the taxes!!

I received a letter from the "Consumer Rewards Program" claiming that I had won $39, 000 and with the letter there was a check for $3900 that I was to deposit in may checking account and then send a moneygram to cover the taxes of my winnings.

I called the number got some more information, which still seemed way too good to be true. I went online and found numerous others who had received the same letter and check. Just different names and dates of which the lottey was held.
