Please acknowledge this business, Better Beverages of North America Inc. (BBNAI), David Nguyen (founder) and Berdj and Annie Konyalian (directors), Louise Lazazzera, (President/CEO) she is also of Quality Systems Plus Consulting, accountable for the monies owed to employees, supplier and contractors since 2006.
This would also include of monies that David Nguyen has borrowed from unnamed sources since 2006 and never repays them, only broken deceitful lies.
They (BBNAI) have forwarded cheques of payments to employess and only to have them bounce or be cancelled by the mentioned parties. David Nguyen writes the cheques and the Konyalians sign off on them. Louise Lazazzera would never follow up and mentioned that we were harrasssing her for the monies owed to us.
They have been reported to Services Canada, Ministry of Labour, Revenue Canada (2007 & 2008) on how they owe salaries and expenses to their employees and continue to hide from reality. They don't submit the right amount of taxes to be deducted from salaries paid when issued to the Government of Canada.
An example of their wrong doing is as mentioned. Only to have them promise the Small Courts in Brampton, Ontario for monies owed and to be paid in full within 30 days, as declared in the court of justice, at this time no monies have been received by BBNAI to this individual (s).
They are before the justice system in Montreal Quebec for a lawsuit of nearly $400, 000.00 and removed all names from the directors listed for BBNAI as precaution terms.
David Nguyen has had another two companies listed and has operated both fraudulently, Asia Bounty and Laita ImEx Inc. based out of Montreal, Quebec and the Mississauga office.
As of today, no monies have been received by this fraudulent group. All of them continue to lie and deceit the working class professional of the monies owed.
We just want the monies owed for the services and employment rendered, as we are entitled to under the Canadian Labour and Civil Laws that should protect us from this type of operators.
David Nguyen also convinces people that he is flowing with monies then scams them into loaning monies to him stating that it's an investment and he will have monies relaesed and will pay the monies back very shortly.
Louise Lazazzra advertized with Ali Baba website in Sept 2007, stating that they have a manufacturing plant with 50 employees, a manufacturer and they co-pack beverages, they have no business of operation but lies again to deceit all.
It's amazing though that he, David Nguyen can drive around in his 2006, Black Mercedes- Benz SL550 with private license plates, BBNAI I, but seems not to care about the reality and the peoples well being that served him well.
We would like others to speak out about thier experiences regarding this group, as families have suffered and we want the business communities and others to be aware of this fraudulent group of operators.
