Primus Broken Promises and Lies

Late last year i switched services to primus from bell canada because of the cheaper rate. So we where with primus for a few months and everything was going good. We received this bundle package that gave free high speed internet (not lite), Long distance to all over Canada and the US, and Home phone service for 59.95$. Looked good, so we called to change over. When we called they were so polite to us and said that they were going to switch my line which was with bell still, to some new primus line and that it would take 13 days. This is where the problems started. When our long distance and internet where suppose to kick in, we didnt notice that we havent received a call in the house for over a week. Later we found out that we couldnt receive no incoming calls to our house for about 1.5 - 2 weeks. During that time, my mother lost 3 on-call shifts (she is a nurse) where she would have made easily 150$ . Then the internet stop working and the customer service people where horribly trained only reading what was on screen and made me reinstall this internet 3 times, which it still didnt work. They told me to try everyday for 3 days till it worked (which was absurd too me) and that i was going to receive a call from someone in the tech department. In the mean time my mother told me to cancel the bundle and go back to our old package. When i called to do this, they told me that i have to give them 30 days notice, which i was never told about when applying for the package and specifically asked about. Then I got really mad and decided to go back to bell which had far superior customer service. When i called bell they said they will switch our line back and contact primus when our service term has ended. When the time came bell contacted them and they put bell on hold while they called us. A guy named Sufiyan called me and said that bell is trying to cancel our line and asked me if we gave them permission, which i responded yes. He then tried to convince me to stay by offering 3 months free phone service if we stay. Sounded good too me. So i asked him about the 2 weeks missed incoming calls that we had to pay for and how we lost money due to that problem and he said i should get a full refund for that month and too call them when my bill gets in. So the bill finally arrives and i give Primus a call to get my reimbursement. I get this incompetent customer service person who denied the 3 months free, and the reimbursement and said he could only credit the 2 weeks for 14$. I then explained to him that we had lost over 150$ due to the malfunction and that we were not asking for the money we had lost, but for the bill to be cancelled, which he still said no. I asked for a supervisor to talk too and she told me she could only give me 20$. At this point i asked for a manager which she first said she couldn't give me a manager, then said there was no manger. I asked if there is anyone higher then her and she said no there wasn't (which she lied to me), so i hung up and called back hoping to get a more rational person. Again i got someone who was incompetent. At this point this person told me i was still on the New Package, which enraged me more. I asked him how come someone called me and lied about a free 3 months phone service, and how come i called twice for this bundle to be cancelled and it still wasn't, and how come im still being charged for an internet service which never worked and never received that call from the tech. At this point he said he had no explanation and refused to gimme a supervisor and told me to call april 10th when my package was cancelled. So i hung up and am furious right now because no one will give me a manager to talk too. I am deciding to call my visa company to get my money back and to get a lawyer so i could sue them. Also i noticed that everyone i talked to had an Indian accent (which i asked and came to be that they had a call centre in India) and not once was i able to talk to anyone that represents primus from canada because they refused and said i had to go through that call centre.
