I ordered flowers on January 16th and was told they would arrive the next day. I phoned Jan. 17, 18 & 19 to follow up. I was told many different stories, like they couldn't figure out why the flowers were not delivered, that they were on the truck, that a manager would be calling back. None of which was true. I told the final operator that I wasn't interested in the flowers anymore, don't bother with the delivery and don't bill me.
To my surprise the flowers arrived 5 days after the promised delivery date FROZEN and needless to say dead. I phoned BloomEx once again and told them I didn't want the flowers and they said the only way they would credit me is if I sent them a picture of the dead flowers and that I still would have to pay the delivery charge. Needless to say, I lost it and went to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau only to find out BloomEx wasn't even a member anymore because of unresolved issues like mine.
Do not deal with this company. What kind of an owner is Dimtri Lokhonia?
