My issue is with their original estimate and then what they asked for once they picked up the shipment. The original estimate was for around $5, 300 based on a list of items I provided them. Once the shipment was picked up the amount jumped to around $11, 000. I know there were items included that were not on the original list but there were other items not shipped (like a slate pool table) that were on the list. I expected maybe an additional 3000 pounds but it came out closer to 13, 000 pounds. I feel the initial estimate was way too low for the items listed and was very misleading. Basically their method of estimating lacks credibility.
I ended up paying around $2, 500 to have the shipment moved out of the house and back in because I cancelled the move. Internic took no responsibility and refused to refund the $1, 100 deposit.
