I ordered bunch of stuff on this website, but never got any items delivered. Credit Card was charged right away, and I received an email containing my order, as to make it seem serious. It said the items would be delivered within 14-21 days, and after that time expired, I started to try to contact them to see about my order.
The emails were unsuccessful. The phone number was burried deep in the website and it took me a while to find it. The phone number was not even for the customer service for deliveries, but for something else.
So I started calling, and 1 in 10 calls even got either a busy, busy man (driving, working, walking) or a full voice mailbox. The man first tried to ensure me that the stuff was lost in the mail, or at customs, but after a month of that, he finally agreed to refund the payment.
Then he was lost again, and untill now I have not been able to contact him: no answer to the phone, voice mailbox is full, and of course the emails, every single one of them, is lost, and never get any response.
I have filed a complaint with the FBI project for internet crime, and am waiting for the response.
