Universal Lottery Promotions is a fraud. I found that out through this website. They sent me a check for $2890 saying I won $65, 000. This check was supposed to be assistance to finance international clearing fees. They asked to keep this award away from the public until your claim has been processed. I am glad I checked it out first.
