NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
May 12, 2006 - Ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Fri may 12 got order confimation right away, 2006 - end of the day still no sign of flowers, called it was very hard to get ahold of someone, but i did. The first 2 times i reached someone and they took my info and said they were checking on my acct. and would call me back asap. waited and waited never got a call.
Called back and was told to call on monday for a refund. I also called the owners cell and he said he was not at the office but that I could get a refund. Monday came around and no one answered. Called all day on tuesday and no one answered. Called the owner no answer. This company says they are a member of teleflora and teleflora says they have nothing to do with them.
So I started to get really worried looked online about the company and saw many fruad reports. So I called my CC company and found out that my card has been charged for not only the $32.95 for the never recived flowers but also an extra $32.95 for the same flowers. From what I here they will keep charging me.
I have filed a report to my cc company and I am looking into taking legal action aginst company. I don't know what eles I can do. Hopfully my cc company will take care of this, but is there anyother way to deal with this where I can go after the company them-selfs so that they can get shut down and this won't happen to anyone eles?
