I ordered a cradle from Don Robertson Marine Marketplace for my Catalina 30 and before he started construction I asked him if he would like me to send him over the specifications for my boat. Don told me he had built hundreds of cradels and did not need my specifications.
When the cradle showed up it was for a deep keel and not the shallow keel I requested and now my boat is tilted forward. When I called Don to discuss my problem he started yelling at me and told me that he refuses to repair it as it was my fault and hung up the phone on me.
I have tried calling several times and each time Don is very rude and refuses to repair my cradle. I have talked to one other memeber of my yacht club and they had the very same problem. However, Don agreed to repair his free of charge. Don is not a responsible sales person and does not stand behind his product and since I paid him the whole amount up front he does not have to worry about solving my problem
