Unfortunately we did not spot this site before ordering from Urban Florist. We just looked for florists covering Los Gatos in California and found one serving the City "With Pride"! We were impressed with the pictures and description and ordered a bouquet of Chrysanthemums, Gerbera Daisies and Mini carnations for $30 plus $10 upgrade, for delivery to our daughter and son-in-law on their 20th wedding anniversary.
The flowers that were delivered consisted of four dead lilies, yellow roses, carnations and a lot of greenery. (Photo's available). They have not responded to my email complaint a week ago but they did return a telephone call to our daughter and supplied some fresh flowers. However our daughter says that the flowers are worth approx $12 which, even allowing for the $9 delivery charge, is a rip-off!
