Ripoff dishonest, ignores emails and phone calls sends dead flowers

My boyfriend purchased flowers for me from Urban Florist for Valentine's Day and they sent me dead flowers. He used this company because they were the only company that had the lilies I liked. He had used 1-800&-- in the past and they used a local florist and sent me a beautiful arrangement of flowers. This company is deceiving. They make you think you receive fresh flowers from a local florist, but send you dead flowers through FedEx. They ignore your calls, have a disconnected fax and round and round emails so you cannot contact them to receive your money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!
