These guys sent us a unwanted and worthless "business" directory and are trying to bill us a ridiculous $499 for it. Apparently they called and talked to a temporary clerk to "verify some info" and are claiming that constituted an order. They are sending dunning notices via mail and fax. They do not list an email address. Checking the web I have found a few other complaints about these guys. I have tried calling them several times to complain and never have been able to get a real person to answer.
