Vault salon and spa sent me a free color offer after my stylist that worked there left and started his own business. I tried the offer much to my dismay and paid horribly for my bad decision. The stylist that applied color to my naturally brown hair to turn it blond left the bleach in too long and burnt my hair. I AM NOT KIDDING smoke was coming off of my head. After washed out my hair was orange and fried to hell. I complained and the owner Daren Jorgenson said it would be fixed, I went back again what a mistake. The so called "senior" stylist who was fixing my hair finished the fry job the first stylist started. Then after my first time they charged me $138.87 to fry my hair and charged me another $112.63 to refry my hair. This place is a joke, all of the stylists are fresh from school and VERY unexperienced. Vault salon and spa charges WAY too much for a brutal hair experience. Save your money, DO NOT GO TO VAULT SALON AND SPA you are better off at Magicuts!
