Ordered flowers for a funeral, was charged the $100, but flowers never sent.
Phone calls not returned, emails not responded to. No manager is ever available.
Requested refund didn't get it. Called again, got some BS story that they changed their computer sevrice and can't issue refunds and that I must go through my credit card company.
I'm thinking they don't really exist and I am pissed off.
