This company promises a huge selection of costumes and costume accessories to be in stock and deliverable within 3 days. This is a RIP-OFF. I placed an order with them on a Monday. They promised that the costumes would be shipped and delivered to my door step by that Thursday. Nothing came.
I tried to call them everyday from Thursday on and they have an automated message that says to email them. You cannot even leave a voice message. I also emailed them asking for the status of my order, when was it shipped, when will it arrive. They responded with a generic email first, saying they recieved my email.
I finally got a response 2 days later with my order # saying that I could reference my order #. At the same time that they responded to the email, they charged my credit card. I sent them another email saying again that I wanted to know the status of my order, when was it shipped, when will it arrive.
They responded with a generic email first, then with an email telling me that the costumes are back ordered and to email them in a week. I immediately emailed them back telling them to cancel my order and they have flat out ignored me. They have not responded. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT AUTHENTIC, NOT HONEST, SCAM ARTISTS.
