DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made and order in January to send flowers to friends that were going on vacation. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on the Friday. My friends were leaving the following Monday to go away.
The florist didn't have the right flowers, so without contacting me they decided to send them on Monday, when my friends had already left. I was told my credit card would be refunded in th3e amount of $72.40 within 2 weeks.
It is now almost 7 months later and they haven't refunded my money. I was told that a cheque was sent over a month ago, yet I haven't received it. They had also been avoiding my calls and e-mails, with excuses like, Laura has left for the day, she is on vacation and her computer has been down. I was told day after day someone would get back to me and noone did.
I can't believe these people can run a business like this. Buyers BEWARE!!!
