Ripoff, no papers, no health tests, liar, no after sales support sells sick dogs Innisfil

I have a dog from Jennifer Skinner that my wife bought as She still will not offer us copies of the parents paperwork or health tests done prior to breeding. The parents of my puppy are Zora and Zagor del morgan.

Both these dogs were bred with no health tests and the father was only 9months old! My pup is now going on 7months old and has had both eyes repaired for a gland disorder (popped?) and has mild hip dysplasia grade two? I know very little about this and only can hope he lives a long painfree life.

Can anyone here offer information on what to use to help prolong a quality life with less pain?

Also what can I do legally to make Jennifer Skinner at 21st guardian to give us our paperwork? I have reported her also to the Canadian kennel club and the American kennel club.

I am curious how many others have been subject to her shady business practices?
