My name is David Zhang and in 2002-2003 I was working as a manager at Little China Buffet. I was a manger for 10 months at the restaurant and everything in my life was going great until in JANURAY 2003 I got a call from a company called American Transaction Supplies and a person by the name of Tony Walters told me that he had two kits of supplies and 6 ribbons being shipped out to the restaurant and that this was pre-ordered by the owner of the restaurant.
A person by the name of Tony told me that these supplies were set at last years price and that I will not be affected by the price increase that went up in the new year. He told me that he was calling locally I asked where he was calling from and I found out the following month that it was a big fat lie. Then fifteen minutes later I got a call from a lady saying that she was the shipping department and that the supplies will be coming to the restaurant in 7 to 10 business days. When it came in there was a bill for $320 dollars American. I told the owner about the supplies and the bill and he told me that he gets the supplies for free at the bank and that he will not be paying them.
Then two weeks letter I get a call from American Transaction Supplies to pay for the credit card machine supplies and I deny to pay them. Then a month later they called up the owner and they made them listen to the tape from the shipping department and I lost my job because of American Transaction supplies and a person by the name of Tony Walters. I had to go on welfare and I had a wife and two children to support and American Transaction supplies ruined my life and career as a restaurant manger. This week I checked out this site and I was happy because I finally got some information and I will be making a complaint on American Transaction Supplies and they will be bought to justice!
This phoney company does telemarketing fraud.
